FRANK McGILL, Managing Director, has served in senior strategic planning and leadership positions, founded and managed three businesses, and has for 20-plus years consulted to a wide range of nonprofit and commercial organizations. Frank has also developed innovative, effective strategic communications and research-driven branding, marketing and sales, and communications solutions, including visioning, change management, and leadership development for a wide range of clients. He is a graduate of Villanova University.

GARY DOLZALL, Managing Director, has extensive expertise and experience in assisting clients to achieve strategic, mission, financial, and communications objectives. He has personally consulted to more than 30 leading membership organizations; professional, scientific, and medical associations; advocacy groups; and international NGOs. An alumnus of Indiana University, Gary served in media and communications executive management positions before joining OrgCentric. Gary is a member of ASAE and has served on its communications advisory council.

JOHN SATEJA, Managing Director, is a leader and expert in marketing, digital strategy, and content marketing. He served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Reports, where he helped the respected nonprofit organization achieve record levels of audience engagement and revenue performance. John also served as COO of Lexis Nexis – Martindale-Hubbell, leading product development, marketing, content marketing, and operations. John has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and is a faculty member at Seton Hall University and New Jersey City University teaching global business, marketing and media.
